Random? Yes...

So, the past couple of days I've been muddling along through work and errands and the normal routine, but can't escape one pesky Christmasy thought...

If the poor kid saw his mommy kissing Santa Claus, what kind of long-term effect must it had on him?

I mean, there's the obvious... mom's making out with some strange man in the living room and is obviously enjoying it. It's not dad - but dad's no where to be found for the kid to tell him.

What must this kid think of his mother? Is she easy or just is a sucker for a man in a white beard? And why does he think it'd been a laugh for dad to seen it? Wouldn't dad be kinda peeved this man's kissing on his wife? And what's with all the tickling going on?

I don't know.... the whole this is so disturbing on several levels. And how many years of therapy is that kid going to need when he discovers Santa's not even real?

So who was it he saw mom kissing in the first place? Let's hope it was dad...

You see my point? I know, it's very random - but doesn't anyone else find this song slightly off?

The real question is, If I dressed up like Santa Clause, would you kiss me? And if so, would the dogs mind? I mean do they even understand the concept of monogamy? Or would they think, why is Benjamin dress in that red suit and what's that white stuff all over his face? Would they even care? I bet they wouldn't care who you kissed as long as he gave them a treat or two - Fickle little doggies...
