Goooooaaaaallll
Well, we went to our very first Norfolk Admirals' game last night.
(For those of you not in the know - the Admirals are Norfolk's local AHL hockey team. They're the farm team for the Chicago Blackhawks.)
My sweetie is El Presidente of the Family Medicine Interest Group at his school and he helped secure the group tickets to the game and arranged a meeting during the first intermission with the team's doctor about sports medicine. Oh-la-la.
Anyway, as First Lady of the club I went to the game as well (I paid my $16 - no freebies for First Lady I guess.) Our friends Jeremy, Crystal and Mark went too.
We enjoyed the game and got to see the seventh consecutive win for the team.
Below are some quick snap shots of the night, even the "big fight" which involved everyone grabbing jerseys and standing there. (I've saw better fights in high school, folks.)
Anywho - it was a fun night and we had a good time. Go Admirals!
