Pêcher pour les poisson sur la mer ...

Went fishing with the Hubby and Dad while he was out visiting over the past weekend.

Went to Kiptopeke State Park up near Cape Charles on Virginia's Eastern Shore. It's home to the famous WW II Victory Ships that now are concrete ships protecting the pier from any large waves. Very interesting to see.

Couldn't have asked for a better day. The weather was pretty nice as long as the clouds stayed away. But the clouds did make for some interesting sun photos. (See below.)

While we didn't get skunked - we also didn't go home with anything but a wee bit of a sun. However, we all did see our first Sea Robin - a fish that has wings! (See below.) And dad got his first glimpse of a live founder. Dad even caught two little sea bass on one rod. It was good fushy fun.

Enjoy the pics!
