You can't make me...
So, can you tell by the cartoon that I'm feeling a wee bit lazy today? I'm not really wanting to hunt treasure, I definitely don't want to be at work and I'm pretty sure I don't want to trudge through any more rain.
But let's see... Yep - I am at work. And while it's not currently raining, it will be as soon as I plan to step outside to head home for lunch. And I did find a nice little treasure trove of paperwork piled high on my desk that I get to sort through and deal with today.
I'll contain my excitement and hold back my true joyous feelings about all this.
But to share in my honest excitement that today's payday - I'll honor today with a little known fact.
Did you know that on June 27, 1967, the first electronic automaticteller machine (ATM) was installed in Enfeld Town, London?
Isn't that fun!?! A machine that spits out money. Woo Hoo! Too bad it's not free money. Now that would be nice.
So in honor of ATM day I'm posting a few cartoons I found about ATMs. Enjoy!
