Steppin' up

Went to D.C. this weekend for a short, but enjoyable getaway.

While there, we caught the Capitol Steps latest show. Having never seen the Steps before, I didn't quite know what to expect. But, as it turns out, it was exactly what the doctor ordered when he said laughter is the best medicine.

Check out some of the group's parodies I got from YouTube. (Note: These aren't the actors and exact parodies we saw, but are the same lyrics and music.) And yes, they are political. The group is based in D.C. and have 'Capitol' in its name - it has to be political. That's what makes it funny.
