Don't try to follow me...

A few random thought from this past weekend.

  • I heart old friends, even if we go years without seeing one another.

  • I'm glad I still enjoy flying. There's just something great about looking out over a blanket of fluffy white clouds.

  • Drugging your children isn't a bad thing when they're on a flight and no one wants to hear them scream non-stop from the east coast to the mid-west.

  • Trains running through an airport terminal are fun things to ride on.

  • Traffic- no matter in what city - is miserable when one must go to the bathroom.

  • Do not put Toledo in your list of top 20 cities-you-must-see-before-you-die.

  • Yea for abbreviated wedding ceremonies. Boo for bad singers chosen to sing at any wedding ceremony.

  • I heart my camera.

  • Remote controlled cars as part of a wedding ceremony is an interesting concept.

  • Two hours between the wedding ceremony and reception is even more interesting.

  • I'm so glad I've grown up.

  • Seeing the adults your were taught to respect growing up in a tipsy state is funny.

  • Having an ambulance called to the reception for an ill and overly-drunk bridesmaid - not so funny.

  • Airport restaurants might want to think about who their clients are and why they are there for when taking extra-long amounts of time to serve them.

  • Trust funds sound like awesome things.

  • There's no place like home.

You forgot a point...you can be thousands of miles away from the family and yet you can't get away from us ;)
